Housing Problems

UCB Support

If you’re looking for support for housing from UCB, you should contact accommodation@ucb.ac.uk or visit Student Support in Baskerville House, who can offer information and advice on a range of housing-related issues or explore whether emergency accommodation can be made available.

If you live at the Maltings and have a problem, we encourage you to speak to the staff at the Maltings Reception first. If they can’t help or if you’re not satisfied by the outcome, we can help you understand UCB’s complaints process to have your case reviewed formally. Click here to find out more about complaints, or schedule a meeting with an advisor from the Guild.
