Ram Shah

Vote Ram
I believe I would be well suited to the role of Societies and Activities Officer because I bring enthusiasm, organisation, and a strong interest in encouraging participation within our community. I enjoy being involved in activities and understand how important societies are in helping people connect, develop skills, and feel part of something meaningful.
As captain of the college basketball team, I organised practice sessions, motivated teammates, and represented the team in inter-college competitions. This experience taught me how to lead, coordinate strategies, and communicate effectively both on and off the court — skills I am confident will translate directly into this role.
I am approachable and supportive, which I think is essential for this role. I would aim to encourage members to get involved, listen to their ideas, and help create a wide range of engaging and inclusive activities. I am reliable and willing to put in consistent effort to help societies run smoothly.
Students should vote for me because I am genuinely committed to making societies and activities more engaging, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. I would actively listen to ideas, improve communication around available opportunities, and work to ensure everyone feels welcome to participate — whether supporting existing societies or helping introduce new ones.

- Your Ideas, Your Activities, Your Community.
- Bringing Students Together Through Societies and Activities.
